Investigation And Analysis Of The Status Of Mobile Services In University Libraries

In the mobile internet environment,various industries use mobile platforms to continuously improve their competitiveness,and libraries are no exception.The mobile service launched by Chinese libraries as early as 2000 is the micro-message service.Then WAP websites began to be used in library mobile services.Until 2010,emerging service platforms such as WeChat and Weibo gradually replaced traditional service methods and began to be applied to mobile services and continue to develop.With the rise of a new round of mobile services,and changes in the way information is disseminated and the way the masses read,universities and colleges continue to innovate mobile services,both in terms of content and service methods.Such as the lack of pertinence of the service content and the low stickiness of users,the service effect needs to be strengthened.In order to further promote the development of mobile services for university libraries in East China,this article selects 41 “double-class” construction university libraries in East China as the research object based on the list of “double-class” construction universities published by the Ministry of Education in 2019.The development of East China in various aspects is at the forefront of universities,so researching their library mobile services has certain pertinence.This paper investigates and analyzes the current status of mobile services in 41 "double first-class" college libraries in East China,and presents problems and development suggestions.The article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction of the article.This article introduces the research background of this article,explains the significance of the research in theory and practice,and summarizes the current status of domestic and foreign research on mobile services in college libraries through research on the literature.Explain the research content and method of this article and the innovation of this article.The second chapter is the relevant theoretical definition.It mainly introduces the concepts involved in the survey content of this article.First,it defines the concepts of library mobile services and library microservices,and then introduces the library mobile service methods.The content of library mobile services is the next article.Lay a good theoreticalfoundation.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis part of this article,which is to investigate the development of mobile services in "double first-class" university libraries in East China.After determining the survey method and content,use the network survey method to investigate and analyze the mobile services of "double first-class" college libraries in East China to have a concrete understanding of the current status of their mobile services.The fourth chapter is the problem analysis part.According to the investigation of the mobile service status of the "double first-class" university libraries in East China in Chapter 3,five aspects of service methods and contents of the "double first-class" university libraries in East China are proposed.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures.Aiming at the problems existing in the mobile services of "double first-class" university libraries in East China,this paper proposes an optimization strategy to promote the mobile services of "double first-class" university libraries in East China.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.Summarize the full text,summarize the research achievements and deficiencies of this article,and put forward the outlook.
