As the key component of the robot motion transmission system,the performance of the test instrument is the key condition for ensuring the quality improvement of the precision reducer.At present,due to the short development time and lack of emphasis on basic theoretical research,domestic testing equipment has shortcomings such as poor structural rigidity and unstable precision,which cannot effectively evaluate the comprehensive performance of precision reducers.This subject designed a highprecision comprehensive performance test bench for precision reducers,which can accurately measure the two important parameters of angle and torque,and can comprehensively evaluate the performance of the precision reducer through experiments in different modes.The test bench adopts the basic structure of vertical cylinder,including the drive device,the shafting system,the support device,the sensor mounting device,the locking device and the load device.It is divided into three parts: a high speed component,a transfer component and a low speed component.The high speed component is used for parameter measurement on the input shaft side.The transfer component is used to install the tested reducer,connect the high and low speed components to the tested reducer and transfer the measurement reference.The low speed component is used for parameter measurement on the output shaft side.The three components are detachable,and the angle and torque calibration procedures can be completed by replacing the transfer component with a calibrator.This subject analyzes the measurement characteristics of the two basic parameters of angle and torque,determines the sensor arrangement,proposes the positioning and assembly design principles between parts of the test bench,and completed the overall design of the high precision comprehensive performance test bench for precision reducer.In addition,the key components in the test bench are simulated and analyzed to ensure that the components meet the stiffness conditions of the instrument measurement operation.
