As one of the three most important components of industrial robots,reducers are an important factor in measuring the level of national manufacturing and improving international competitiveness.The coplanar double internal gear reducer is a new type of reducer proposed by Chinese scholars.The reducer can realize high reduction ratio transmission and reduce bearing stress,but there are problems such as unreliable output mechanism and difficult calculation of gear parameters.In this paper,the coplanar double internal gear reducer is taken as the research object,and the existing problems are analyzed and the optimization method is proposed.The transmission characteristics are further analyzed theoretically and simulated,and the test platform is designed and built.The prototype of the reducer was tested dynamically.Finally,the test results were compared with the simulation results,which proved the rationality and correctness of the structure of the reducer.The main work is:(1)Optimization of the reducer:The working principle of the new reducer is expounded,the existing problems are analyzed and the optimization method is proposed.The finite element analysis is used to prove that the optimization has achieved the expected effect.(2)The theoretical analysis of the reducer:The calculation method of the gear and size parameters of the reducer under multi-constraint is proposed.The translation-torsion dynamics model of the new reducer is proposed.The kinematics and dynamics of the model are carried out by using virtual prototype technology.The finite element simulation analysis shows that the model of the reducer is stable and the force is uniform.(3)Reducer test platform design:According to the requirements of the reducer test,a test platform is built with the dynamic torque and speed sensor as the main measuring component and the magnetic powder brake as the main loading component.The platform can test the performance of the speed converter and torque conversion of the reducer.Using QT Creator,we developed a measurement and control software that integrates motor control and test signal acquisition and processing.(4)Reducer test:The kinematics simulation was tested and the experimental data was consistent with the simulation results.The rationality of the optimized reducer structure was verified.In summary,this paper has carried out a series of theoretical and experimental analysis on the coplanar double internal gear reducer.The results show that the new reducer has good comprehensive performance and deserves further study.
