This paper focuses on the design and development of the measurement and control system for the micro drill test bench,focusing on how to implement real-time measurement of the embedded measurement and control system and effectively control the working status of the micro drill test bench.The purpose is to develop a set of related measurement data that can be easily obtained during the work of the micro drill test bench,and can also effectively control the measurement and control system of the work state of the micro drill test bench.In this paper,the basic application of the micro drill test rig was first introduced.At the same time,the development course of the micro drill rig test and control system and the development status at home and abroad were reviewed.Then start with the overall design of the micro drill test bench embedded measurement and control system,according to the work characteristics of the micro drill test bench measurement and control system,using RTOS(Real Time Operating System)without the choice of bare metal program for micro drill test bench embedded measurement and control system software Development,because the RTOS is based on event-driven,and has the characteristics of real-time,can meet the consistency requirements of the measurement data of the micro drill test rig test system.At the same time,according to the working characteristics of the micro drill test bench,a fuzzy logic control algorithm was adopted to control the rotational speed of the motor in a fast and stable manner during the drilling of the system on the test bench.After selecting the RTOS development,according to the specific performance indicators of the micro-drilling measurement and control system,the relevant hardware of the embedded system mainly includes MCU,NAND,SDRAM,power chip,liquid crystal display,etc.The working characteristics of the micro drill test bench were selected for the relevant sensors mounted on the micro drill test bench.In the hardware design process,a four-layer PCB(printed circuit board)master control board and two PCB expansion board hardware design schemes are adopted,and the layered design is performed according to the actual hardware module characteristics,so that subsequent hardware upgrades are performed locally.You can reuse some of the previous hardware modules.After completing the hardware design and development of the embedded measurement and control system,the software development of the measurement and control system was performed.The development of embedded software code is completed under eclipse.The compiler uses the GNU compiler and the development language mainly uses the C language.After the design and development of the micro-drill test-bed measurement and control system was completed,the measurement and control system was tested offline.According to the analysis of the test results,the basic functions of the micro-drilling measurement and control system have been implemented,and the specific measurement parameters meet the expected design requirements,verifying the rationality of the measurement and control system design of the micro-drill test-bed.
