In the big data environment,small and medium-sized enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition,and more and more enterprises realize the key and urgency of "information" for the survival and development of enterprises.Due to the limited conditions such as the size and management level of small and medium-sized enterprises,their access to information is weak.Therefore,it is necessary to effectively utilize social information service institutions.As an important social information service organization,the public library has incomparable collection resources and professionals,and can provide information services for small and medium-sized enterprises.The first chapter of this research introduces the research background of the information service of small and medium-sized enterprises in public libraries,and on this basis,summarizes the theoretical research on the information service of library enterprises at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces the main concepts involved in the article,and analyzes the necessity,feasibility and obstacles for public libraries to carry out information services for small and medium-sized enterprises.The third chapter investigates the current situation of information service practice of six public library enterprises at home and abroad,and analyzes and summarizes them.In order to fully understand the information service needs of small and medium-sized enterprises,the fourth chapter designs a questionnaire that includes the basic information of enterprises,information sources and information service needs of enterprises,and information needs of enterprises.Through the statistics and analysis of the questionnaire results,the current information service needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in China are obtained.The fifth chapter establishes an effective mode of public library information service under the big data environment according to the needs of enterprise information service.The sixth chapter puts forward seven improvement measures to solve the problems existing in the information service of small and medium-sized enterprises in public libraries.The seventh chapter summarizes the paper and puts forward the direction of further development and efforts.This study uses the methods of literature survey,network survey,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistical analysis to investigate the current situation of information service of several typical public library enterprises and to investigate the information service needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.However,due to the lack of on-site visits to small and medium-sized enterprises,questionnaire data alone has certain limitations.It is hoped that in the future research,on-site visits to public libraries and small and medium-sized enterprises can be carried out to expand the scope of information services and develop information service items for small and medium-sized enterprises,which can not only help enterprises to make correct decisions and promote the healthy development of enterprises,but also increase the utilization rate of library information resources and improve the ability of library information collection and analysis,while optimizing service methods,updating service concepts and improving the quality of information services in all aspects.
