Research On The Patent Information Service And Strategy Of Baoding Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

Under the background of increasingly fierce globalization and market competition,the importance of patent information has become increasingly apparent and has been elevated to the height of national development strategies.Patent information sets technology,laws,and economic information into one,and it has important value for enterprise innovation activities,market competition,and strategic decision-making.Countries around the world have paid great attention to how to carry out innovation services around patents and better serve national strategies and industrial development,and formed a multi-level patent information service composed of government departments at all levels,public information service agencies,and non-profit organizations.system.However,it is still not enough to study the patent information and its services for SMEs from the perspective of SMEs.This article focuses on small and medium-sized enterprises in Baoding City,from patents,patent information,corporate patent information needs,and related concepts of corporate patent information services.Initiate an in-depth study of the problems existing in SMEs' patent needs and patent information services.The questionnaire survey method was used to investigate more than 50 SMEs and found that the quality of intermediary services provided by SMEs in Baoding was uneven,the cost or difficulty of obtaining patent information,and the inadequacy of the use of invalid patents.On this basis,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the patent needs and services of small and medium-sized enterprises in Baoding City from three aspects of patent service agencies,governments,and enterprises themselves,and obtains a set of patent information service strategies suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises in Baoding City.The development of Baoding SMEs' patent information services has played a role in reference.
