| With the rapid development of information technology,the development of all fields of society is facing the opportunities and challenges brought by informatization.As a talent gathering place,universities are also faced with informatization in a large number of daily management work,among which personnel archives management is a work in urgent need of informatization guidance.Archives are usually kept with paper,but paper has the disadvantages of easy moisture and damage,which makes it difficult to keep.In addition,at present,most of the university archives management pers onnel are not fully allocated,the part-time personnel account for the majority,and lack of professional archives management personnel,resulting in low efficiency of archives management and lagging service.With the development of information technology,personnel archives management also needs to follow the development of the times from traditional manual management to data management,to solve the complicated problems of archives collection,sorting,preservation,utilization,etc.,to give full play to the value of archives resource and better adapt to the needs of various aspects of personnel archives management in universities.In this paper,the author takes the actual situation of personnel archives management in his school as the background,takes.NET as the platform,constructs the system through B / S architecture mode,and uses C# language..NET platform has many languages,reduces maintenance,improves safety performance,and is widely used.The B / S architecture mode is convenient for system upgrading,the interface can cross platform,and the application area is wide.C# language is developed for.NET application.It can be said that the two are quite consistent,and have strong security and stability.This paper mainly expounds the project background,research status and purpose significance of the personnel archives management system in universities,and collects some domestic and foreign papers,analyzes the development of the archives management in China and abroad at present,and draws th e conclusion that the archives management will change from paper-based to data-based in the future.This paper puts forward a personnel archives management system in universities based on.NET,uses UML model diagram to draw and optimize business flow char t,analyzes the use case diagram and specific business steps of six major businesses,designs and introduces the function and logical structure of the system in detail,and draws the business process.In the database design,it introduces the data such as the thumbnail of archives use management,the information table of archives room,and the information table of archives archive.Finally,the paper tests the system login module and the personnel information management interface,and the test results meet the expected requirements.Through the application of the personnel archives management system in universities,it has realized the modification management,archives classification management,archives use management,archives receiving,contract managemen t,modification archives information management,etc.and transformed the complicated personnel archives management into the simple and quick data management,which further improves the running fluency of the personnel management system,and improves the overall working efficiency and service ability of archives management. |
