With the rapid development of China's social economy,the environmental problems and environmental pollution caused by it are becoming more and more serious,such as sandstorms,haze,air pollution,water pollution,soil pollution,and garbage pollution.Water is the source of all things.Water pollution is an important part of environmental pollution and directly related to people's life and health.Drainage companies are responsible for the professional treatment of sewage treatment and treatment.The current severe environmental situation and high standard environmental protection requirements,the urban sewage treatment discharge standard GB18918-2002 has also been upgraded from the first grade B standard to the first grade A standard,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for the company.On the one hand,the company has ushered in high speed.The opportunities for development,on the other hand,are also a great test for the company's technology,management and other aspects.The equipment is the basis of the operation of the sewage plant.Although the company's equipment has been automated and remotely controlled,the equipment cannot achieve comprehensive system preventive management and full equipment management and maintenance(TPM).The company's equipment management lags behind the rapid development of the company.In this paper,for the equipment management problems exposed in the production and operation process of the drainage company,the equipment management information system is tailored for the drainage company.Firstly,the overall situation of the equipment management information system of the drainage company is briefly introduced,and the background and current status of the system development are carried out.Survey,system development key technology understanding,combined with multiple use case diagrams to analyze the system's functional requirements and the feasibility of system development and implementation.Secondly,the equipment management information system is designed as a whole,and the system framework structure,system function modules,system database,system mobile client APP and so on are designed.Finally,the system implementation and system testing of the equipment management information system was carried out.In the system design stage,this paper investigates the duties and staffing of different positions in multiple water plants,and combines the TPM management mode.The equipment management information system of drainage industry based on B/S structure is designed.The system uses ASP.NET4.0 as the framework,C# is the development language,and the mobile terminal supports Android mobile phone or dedicated data collector APP to SQL Server 2016.Design the various functional modules of the system for the database.The main development tool of this system is Visual Studio.The mobile client APP development tool is Android studio.In the process of system development,the software development process is developed to ensure the system is practical,standardized and efficient.The development and application of the system maintenance experience library enables all employees to find solutions through the tips of the experience library when they find problems,which effectively improves the knowledge and skills of employees,and is one of the effective ways to carry out equipment management for all employees.Through the classification and association rules of data mining technology,all the related information of the management equipment is managed,and the data is analyzed by the algorithm to provide an auxiliary decision-making basis,which is convenient for effective equipment management activities,so as to prevent beforehand and timely.It has important promotion and reference value in the equipment management of the drainage industry.
