Therefore, to build a WEB-based data management systems of equipment to improve efficiency in the use of equipment has become urgent problems.This thesis is based on research and development of a B / S model with analysis and evaluation and prediction of functional analysis and evaluation of equipment and decision-making system, application design patterns MVC Struts framework, using regression analysis, effectiveness factor, efficiency evaluation, the comprehensive needs of the user on equipment, data management and analysis and evaluation. Design and implementation of this system has the general management functions, friendly interface and data equipment can add, modify, delete, bulk import, generate reports and statistics and graphics output, and other basic operations, but also the ability to analyze the data of equipment evaluation and forecasting capabilities. System has good operability, flexibility and scalability.The results demonstrate: the use of Struts framework, using regression analysis, effectiveness factor, integrated approach can achieve the efficiency based on B / S mode analysis and evaluation of equipment and Decision System. From the experimental results, functions of the system modeling, and operations are effective and can provide support for the policy makers, the study largely achieved its stated goal. |
