The Design And Realization Of Employment Service System Based On Cloud Platform

The continuous reform and expansion of colleges and universities has brought about a very serious employment problem,the traditional university employment information system cannot meet the current demand for employment of colleges and universities and graduates.Universities want to build employment service platform,improve the level of employment service management,and put forward the need to build employment service system.However,many problems exist including a general lack of attention to informatization in colleges and universities,less investment,weak infrastructure construction,and low application of information systems and so on.For the information construction,I not only take responsibility for the design and implementation of information systems,but also support the construction and management of data center information infrastructure,the information system process supporting by software and hardware.Through the comprehensive analysis and in-depth study of the current situation of employment management in colleges and universities and the development of information technology,I put forward the construction scheme of employment service system based on cloud platform,which is the source of this paper.Main work can be divided into two parts:The first builds a cloud platform and provides a basic resource service platform for school informatization construction.I have designed the cloud platform according to the needs of school informatization at present and in the next five to ten years.By adopting cloud platform of Nutanix enterprise,and achieve the goals of simplifying school informatization management,rapidly deploying application systems,improving resource utilization of data center,and reducing the cost of school informatization.The second builds an employment service system and also provides a one-stop employment service platform for schools,enterprises and graduates.By exploiting object-oriented programming idea and mature development technology,the process of developing employment service system can complete the system needs analysis,system design,system implementation,system test analysis and other work,constructs a full-featured,friendly interface,stable operation of employment service system,which is linked to meet the needs of school employment management,improves the success rate of employers recruitment and the employment rate of graduates.At present,the employment service system based on the cloud platform is running normally and has reached the expected goal.Through the successful implementation of the employment service system based on the cloud platform,it realizes the comprehensive collection and analysis of employment information data in colleges and universities,the real-time push of recruitment information of recruitment units,and the timely interaction of information between students and recruitment units.It not only meets the requirements of improving employment management in colleges and universities,but also improves the level of information construction in colleges and universities.Besides,it provides reference models,theoretical basis and method tools for colleges and universities,and also promotes the development of employment in China.
