It’s urgent to establish a new normative and high-efficient pattern ofagricultural product transaction information where market informationflows glibly. Cloud computing can provide users with reliable and customservice which can maximize the use of resources. It is a new distributedcomputing model. The scales of its development is more larger, and itdevelops more faster. At the same time, the organically combining cloudcomputing with agricultural information technology is a important way tosolve theoretical research and practical application. The appearance andpopularization of cloud computing technology will change the workefficiency of the existing agricultural information system, and providesthe original power to the agricultural informatization development. Cloudcomputing technology based agricultural information service platform hasbeen becoming an important topic for agricultural industry information.Cloud computing is not only the core direction for the future developmentof information technology, but also the next stage new impetus ofinformation industry. The research and construction of agriculturalinformation service platform should focus on reference to the forefront of the development of dynamic cloud computing technology. How to use thecloud computing for promoting the use of agricultural informationservices is the ultimate realization of the agricultural industryinformation.The research summrized the principles and ways to build thecloud computing the agricultural trading service information platform. Byanalysis, the paper introduced the core hardware and its characteristics,trading service provider selection policy and evaluation elements. Alsothe paper emphasized the structures of cloud computing and constructionmethods. Combined with the effects of actual promotion and applicationevaluation platform running, the paper summarizes the value and role ofthe platform, as well as further analysis of the problems in the cloudcomputing agricultural trading platform. The protecting measures werereferred as well. The results provides an important reference value for thedevelopment of the agricultural trading platform building. At the sametime, the building and perfecting of this platform also acceleratesagricultural information process, establishes modern agriculturalinformation service system which includes information collection,processing, dissemination and application, provides information servicesto agricultural producer, operator, manager and decision maker, guidesagricultural production each link consisted of before production, inproduction, post production, offers technical and organizational guaranteefor the agricultural information.
