Small And Medium Enterprises IT Service Management Innovation On Cloud Computing Platform

With the rapid development of IT technology, small and medium enterprises use IT service management and business innovation is an important ways to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and the use of existing IT services is difficult to meet their requirements in term of personalized, diversified and flexibility of the growing demand, and also the existing IT service management process is too complicate to afford by the SMEs, and it also introduces extra overhead which costs more budget in IT service expense. This paper analyzes the application of cloud computing in SMEs in the IT service management model, especially the use of cloud computing for IT services design process optimization and implementation of continuous improvement processes and service models, reduce the complexities for the use of IT services and the investment risk, and achieve more efficient with IT technology-driven enterprise product innovation and development. And as a new IT service delivery and consumption patterns, cloud computing for small and medium enterprises to provide on-demand rental of high-performance computing and storage services, which greatly reduces the cost of IT, improve the efficiency of new product development and innovation. Overcome the issue of IT computing resource constraints faced by SMEs in the development of the business.This paper is based on the ITIL Service Lifecycle (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) service management standard and investigate how SMEs use cloud computing services for IT service management design and continuous improvement of service process optimization, then applying the service profit chain and the service triangle method for analysis, and construct ITILv3-based standard methodologies for SMEs use cloud computing for IT service management process optimization solutions for SMEs to take full advantage of cloud computing, which provides a reference for IT service management optimization. The paper think:SMEs should select appropriate IT service management solution; using the on-demand cloud computing for IT service management process optimization and ROI analysis, provides a reference for enterprise IT service management optimization; building up the combination of ITILv3-based standard method system and cloud computing to optimize IT service design and service continued improved process, Meet the unique needs of SMEs for IT service management.Innovative methods in this paper include:(1) Combine the development of IT service management with cloud computing logic to optimize IT service management processes; (2) Design IT service design and service continuous improvement process optimization framework based on ITILv3 standard system, reduce the cost of service implementation and delivery as well as more accurate cost control and prediction; (3) Construct a framework for designing and implementing IT services management on cloud computing platform, realize the use of standard IT service management system and meet the requirements of SMEs for flexible IT services.
