| With the rapid development of higher education, the work of scientific research in colleges and universities is getting more and more attention. At present, the research level has gradually become the important indicator of measuring the school power. Due to many disciplines involved in colleges and universities, the research work is tough to be managed, for the workload is huge so that mistakes are easily to be made. In order to reduce the workload and improve the efficiency of research project initiation and management, it is significant to make scientific research management work realize the function of preservation, processing, statistics, and information processing. The development of research project management system is crucial for scientific research departments of colleges and universities.This subject is based on solving the management problems of research work of colleges and universities by means of working out a scientific and formal management system. The system is followed the technical route by ASP.NET, the main software development technology, which is developed on the basis of B/S mode;using c # as the development language, while SQL Server 2008 is used in the backend database management system. The completion of the system realizes the function of several modules: scientific research project declaration, research subject management,public inquiry and personnel management. Through the successful implementation of the above modules, the whole scientific research work is conducted in an electronic process, and achieved the requirement of utility, security, intuition and convenience.In addition, in order to realize the centralized processing of information, a number of basic information management and maintenance have been integrated, including the unified management of personnel list, the retrieval of staff information and their workload condition as well as the number dynamics of staff members.At present, the scientific research project management system has been successfully implemented, and it has been carried on intensive test validation.The results of the test show that the system will fully meet the demand of the users’ anticipations and expectations, completely implemented all functions, and be in accordance with the indicators required before the design. In conclusion, this system has realized the electronization of the scientific management work of colleges and universities which can significantly enhance the uniformity and coordination of university departments, effectively improve their working efficiency. At the same time,the system makes complete retrieval of various information come true. |
