The key factor of value creation is the business model,which is interspersed in every growth stage of the enterprise.In the actual development,the business model is like the top of the pyramid to the enterprise,a set of benign business model is the fundamental guarantee of the long-term operation of the enterprise,it is the basis of the sustained profit and rapid growth of the enterprise;it is the fundamental context of the scientific development of the enterprise,and the guidance of the overall strategic policy of the enterprise.Therefore,the study of business model has the significance of improving the ability of enterprises and promoting the benign development of enterprises.The article selects Focus Media of "China Media First Share" as case company.Up to now,the company has formed a building advertising and theater advertising advertising advertising advertising enterprises,currently covering 3 million elevator terminals,5400 brands to join the focus,daily contact reached 500 million users.In the courtyard line media,with 37 courtyard line cooperation,layout 12000 screens.The company's huge size,substantial profits and stock price performance attracted the same industry worship and imitation.But with the advent of the Internet era,focus media has not kept pace with the times,with advertising media revenue down nearly 20% in 2019 from a year earlier,with theaters Media revenue also fell 17.92% year on year,which is the best proof.There are three reasons: first,the core business of enterprises is too single and easy to be affected by the market environment;second,it is not feasible to rely on geography and customer resources to realize the establishment of "moat" in the Internet era without keeping up with the development of the times;third,the calculation of advertising conversion rate is not clear,and it is impossible to achieve timely feedback effect.The research on the mode of operation of focus media is the best way to solve the problem.At present,there is a general consensus in academic circles on the framework of business model analysis put forward by strategic management master Hammer,which holds that the business model needs to grasp the elements of four key aspects,namely,customer interface,core strategy,strategic resources and value network.Therefore,based on the framework of Hammer's business model analysis,combined with the study of the corporate characteristics of the main company focus media,this paper constructs a four-element analysis framework to study the business model of focus media listed companies.Then through the performance analysis of focus media,the results performance for comprehensive evaluation;finally,from the empirical analysis,put forward optimization suggestions and reference significance.Research has proved that in strategic resources,the core competitiveness and strategic resources of enterprises have industry advantages,core strategy,accurate positioning of customers and accurate delivery of advertising information advantages,but business purposes,enterprises rely too much on core business,and core business is highly vulnerable to the impact of the environment,adverse to the development of the company;enterprises mainly rely on offline business,and mainstream trends,will have a certain impact on the future development of enterprises.Comprehensive performance of the company is in the middle of the same industry,which can be obtained from the change trend of the F value in the three years from 2016 to 2018,as well as the non-financial performance analysis.The company's future development depends on itself The change also depends on the support of Internet companies,their own future in advertising audience loyalty,research and development,business expansion and other aspects of continuous optimization.
