| Kano Model is a user satisfaction model that classifies product functional attributes based on user feedback.It has been widely used in user demand research in recent years.Nowadays,the software market is fiercely competitive,and deep-seated mining of user needs can win market competition.With the gradual increase of the software development iteration frequency,the transformation of the development scenario brings new challenges to the interface design method.Due to the lack of consideration of user requirements,the traditional interface design method is more difficult to balance the distribution relationship between design resources and user requirements..This paper introduces the Kano Model and other methods in this context,and studies the user requirements identification method in interface design,aiming to optimize the demand analysis method based on Kano Model.First of all,under the guidance of demand-oriented design ideas,this paper studies and analyzes the relevant theories of Kano Model and business intelligence system interface from the user's point of view,and combines the research of design cases to clarify the user's operation and The behavior and needs of the experience process.Then,this paper proposes a business intelligence system interface design method and strategy.Applying user interviews and user journey maps to obtain the initial user requirements of the business intelligence system interface,and extracting the user characteristics information and the attitude of the research objects to the requirements through the questionnaire survey,and using the Likert Scale Score.Secondly,the Kano Model is used to realize the classification of demand attributes,and the four-quadrant map is used to identify the important needs of users in combination with the calculation results of the user satisfaction index of the demand.Then,according to the calculation result of the importance degree,the function is planned and the design is developed after the development priority is obtained.At the same time,combined with the user experience hierarchy model,the business intelligence system interface design strategy under the hierarchical structure is proposed.At the same time,in view of the difference in the allocation of time and resources in the development scenario,the following development priorities are proposed.When the development time is tight and the resources are limited,thefunctions and services that the user urgently needs should be prioritized,and the importance is ranked first.Demand development is prioritized to avoid user dissatisfaction while avoiding waste of resources;when development time is sufficient and resources are abundant,it is important to develop functions and services that have important influence on users and greatly enhance product appeal,and meet user expectations.At the same time improve user satisfaction.Finally,the paper carries out the design practice,which adopts the business intelligence system interface design method and strategy,carries on the specific interface design of the business intelligence system,and verifies the interface design method of the business intelligence system based on the Kano Model through the usability test method.Feasibility and guiding significance.The innovation of this thesis is that the interface design method of comprehensive application of Kano Model,four-quadrant model and importance calculation is proposed,and the interface design strategy based on user experience hierarchy theory is summarized.The significance of this paper is to provide theoretical guidance for identifying interface design methods that meet user expectations,and to provide useful methods for business intelligence product interface design practice. |
