In order to minimize economic losses and reduce the company’s cost, reduce the vast works for reminder, and improve the cost efficiency of calls the department’s work, the paper combined with Beijing Mobile’s arrears to management philosophy and customer arrears management objectives for corporation business, based on the AMDOCS billing system and management platform for individual customers’arrears, make many analysis and design for the corporation collection system on how to make the corporation business arrears be treated in Collection system automatically and intelligently, according to the corporation business types.Considering the complexity of corporation customer collection for split bill and share allowance businesses which are the main corporation business in Beijing Mobile, the paper focuses on how to extract all the information of corporation business arrears according to a predefined threshold, treat them in Collection system automatically based on AMDOCS billing, and explains how to expand the implementation the collection treatment for the corporation business arrears based on the current collection system which already supported individual customers. Meanwhile, analyze on how to withdraw the corporation account from collection system, and restore all the corporation businesses belong to the corporation customer automatically, when the corporation customer pay for all the overdue debts. Then need synchronize the information to other related systems after withdrawing the corporation customers from collection.The paper focuses on the core functionality modules design for corporation customer collection system, as well as the interfaces with external systems. The corporation customer collection system makes full use of the AMDOCS existing core functionality modules, and analyze which functionalities can be reused from AMDOCS existing core modules directly, which functionalities can be implemented by change configuration file or database table enhancement, and which functionalities need to do full customization via coding and data model changes, in order to fully support the corporation customer collection.
