As a new emerging industry, digital publishing integrates into dual characteristics of technology and culture, which indicates the development direction of digital publishing in the future. In recent years, with rapid growth of digital publishing industry in China, the revenue of digital publishing industry sustains double-digit growth for several years. At the same time, digital publishing also encountered many difficulties in China, such as the copyright, superior resources integration, industrial operation, profit model, strategic development and so on, which directly affect the sustained, healthy and orderly development of digital publishing industry.In this thesis, the concept of digital publishing and its business model is researched, and the business models of domestic and foreign typical digital publishing enterprise are compared. Finally, main four elements in terms of core resources, operation module, profit model and strategic positioning are concluded for business model of digital publishing industry. After the analysis of theory and cases, the existing problems of T press are introduced. Then, with combination of four elements of core resources, operation module, profit model and strategic positioning of business model, differentiation publishing positioning and seeking own real core competitiveness are proposed. In the respect of profit model, diversified profit margin should be explored to improve the benefit of industry development. In the last chapter, the countermeasures to the existing problems of T press are put forward and business model of T press is built up.As the example of T press, the significance of this study is to foresee the common problems of digital publishing industry of the universities in China and offer corresponding workable suggestion. The innovation of study is that in close combination with digital publishing and business modal, the most worthy four elements are presented in the business model of digital publishing industry and by use of these four elements, the actual problems would be solved out in the operation of digital publishing enterprise.
