Research On Value Management Of Listed Companies In The News And Publishing Industry Of China Based On EVA

EVA based management system is a new value-oriented management system,whose purpose is to achieve the maximization of shareholders' equity and promote the organic unity of enterprise value.Carrying out value management based on EVA can make up for the deficiencies of traditional financial accounting,management accounting methods,and better guide enterprises to carry out strategic planning,merger and acquisition management,comprehensive budget management and performance assessment.Since 2014,China has officially entered the stage of comprehensive implementation of the central enterprise value management system.At present,the scope of economic value added assessment will be gradually expanded from central enterprises to all state-owned enterprises.As of December 31,2018,there were 23 press and publishing companies listed on the mainland.Among them,18 companies are state-owned holding companies affiliated to the central government,provinces and cities.Explore the news publishing industry in our country the listed company to carry out the related problems,based on the value management of EVA from the company property of related companies,keep up with the pace of the country,the local state-owned assets supervision and administration commission and the central enterprises,in full swing in assessment and EVA based management stage,learn the successful experience of the central enterprises to carry out the EVA based management the inevitable requirement of practice and applied to the industry.How to reasonably develop new forms of business while expanding and strengthening the main business,continuously reduce the capital cost ratio and improve the return on investment,and truly improve the value of the company,is the issue that all news and publication listed companies must pay attention to.This paper collected from 2003 to 2018 the news publishing information of listed companies in our country,the formation of panel data,on the basis of comparative analysis of EVA various parameters,using the factor analysis method to analyze EVA various parameters for different influence EVA value,using the method of cluster analysis of 23 2018 to evaluate the value of the company management status.Then it tries to build EVA based management system in the news and publication industry,and puts forward some Suggestions on the basic principles,framework design and safeguard measures.
