Research On The Safety Measurement And Influencing Factors Of China's Press And Publication Industry

As an important part of the cultural industry,the press and publication industry is undoubtedly an indispensable force for enhancing the country's cultural soft power and promoting the development of the national economy.In recent years,with the reform of the cultural system and the implementation of the "international" strategy,China's press and publication industry has developed rapidly.However,compared with other press and publication countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom,China's press and publication industry still has some problems,such as weak industrial competitiveness and industrial control.Therefore,how to use scientific methods to measure the security status of China's press and publication industry and identify the key influencing factors,it will have an significant impact on realizing the goal of power country of press and publication.Firstly,this article defines the concept of press and publication industrial security measure and analyzes the development trend of the current press publication industry in China.Secondly,it builds a security measurement index system that meets the characteristics of the presspublication industry based on the framework of the general industrial safety evaluation index system.Combined with relevant statistical data from 2010 to 2016,the security of the news and publication industry in China was measured.According to the empirical results,it shows that China's press and publication industry has been downgraded in the basic security area in the past 7 years,which needs to be highly valued by the relevant departments.At the same time,it starts from four aspects:structural factors,organizational factors,layout factors,and government regulatory factors.On the basis of the above,ten influencing factors,such as financial expenditure on culture,sports and media,income gap between urban and rural areas,the number of people,copyright output introduction ratio and so on,are selected and applied in grey correlation analysis.Research shows that the expenditure of “R&D”,cultural,sports,media,the number of people and new editions of books are most closely related to the security of China's press publication industry.It have a greater impact on the healthy and sustainable development of the press publication industry.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,this paper proposes the countermeasures to protect the security of China's press and publication industry from three aspects: innovation-driven strategy,talent support strategy and demand guidance strategy.
