Research On "Journal Of Textile" From The Perspective Of Reform And Opening-up

As a journal of China Textile Engineering Society,Textile Journal has been continuously published since its inception in 1979.It is one of the most authoritative textile science and technology journals since the reform and opening up,and also one of the key historical materials to study the textile situation at home and abroad after the reform and opening up.Articles in"journal of textile as the main research object,based on the" journal of textile was founded in1979,reform and opening up as the social background,from the reform and opening up the Angle of society,economy,technology and other "journal of textile were analyzed,and the expectation in a new perspective to explore both before and after the reform and opening up the development of China's textile characteristics,which provide a reference for the development of the textile science.The article is divided into five parts.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance,research status,research ideas and methods,as well as the existing difficulties and problems.The second chapter analyzes "Textile Journal" from the scientific dimension of reform and opening up.This chapter studies the development stages of textile discipline from the download volume of "Textile Journal",analyzes the support of science and technology based on fund paper ratio,and analyzes the transformation and changes of textile discipline from the subject structure of text.In the third chapter,based on the economic dimension of reform and opening up,the author analyzes the textile Journal from two aspects: the performance of textile economic development in the Journal and its guiding role in economic development.The fourth chapter analyzes the textile Journal from the perspective of textile policy and exemplifies the changes of textile management institutions and the national textile policies based on the textile Journal.The fifth chapter is under the new situation,"journal of textile development trend analysis,this chapter" journal of textile for textile industry under the new situation,under the influence of the new technology to produce the effect of "journal of textile development trend,the new economic mode of" journal of textile development model,the new policy under the influence of "journal of textile development trend of the four aspects is discussed.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and enlightenment,which gives an overview of the research results and conclusions of the whole paper and gives the thinking of the development of Textile Journal.According to the research:(1)From the perspective of Textile Journal,we can not only understand the growth process of its journals,but also find out the development situation and problems of contemporary Textile science and technology in China.The development of contemporary Textile science and technology in China can be divided into four periods.From 1979 to 1980,the textile discipline began to recover quantitatively.From 1981 to 1993,the stable development of textile discipline from 1994 to 2004 was a confused period.From 2004 to now,market transition period.Contemporary Textile discipline in China has shifted from factory practice to theory.The development of textile discipline is closely related to the rapid increase of scientific and technological investment,the continuous expansion of scientific and technological team,and the continuous improvement of personnel quality.China's contemporary textile science and technology is not high in the capacity of innovation,which has a close relationship with our educational reform.(2)From the perspective of reform and opening up economics,the research finds that:on the one hand,from the macro perspective,the development of chemical fiber economy in the middle and late 1980 s once again reduced the product price and promoted the development of the whole society,thus giving stronger support to Textile Journal.On the other hand,from the microscopic point of view,the advertisement of Textile Journal is beneficial to the publication of textile Journal.On the other hand,the relevant papers in Textile Journal provide a lot of support for the development of textile economy,such as the reflection on the explosion of Harbin linen factory and the analysis of countermeasures against green trade barriers.(3)Textile Journal is closely related to textile policy,and the change of its publication period is the process of gradual transformation and continuous marketization of textile management institutions from ministerial institutions to industry associations.In addition,every change in textile policy is reflected in the Journal of Textiles.An analytical history of Textile Journal is a history of reform and opening up of textile policy.(4)Under the new situation,Textile Journal should adapt to the new situation,take the road of marketization and keep pace with The Times.
