As one of the most important traditionalindustries in china, the textile industry also construct the business website, using thefacilitates and the speed of the Internet to carry out that the enterprises take control ofthe information resources and get rapid development.As we know, E-commerce system is little involved in the textile fiber industry, andthe information technology of textile fiber industry is still in its infancy. This thesis also has detailed description of the domesticindustry-oriented textile industry B2B E-Commerce system; I make the point of “threenets combined with logistic”. The system also uses the technology of B/S/D, andachieves the sharing of resources between enterprises, and concentrated the informationof the market. Then the market players can analyze the data from the perspective of thesupply and demand chain, so they can make full use of theses information. Finally Igive out some prospects to the e-commerce systems of the textile fiber industry.
