Study On Digital Textile Pattern Design Method Base On Weak Chaos Theory

In human socity, there are patterns everywhere, the pattern design have an important position in many fields especially in textile industry. A beautiful pattern can superinduce infinite artistic charm of textile. With the development of digital art design, using computer will be the trend of textile in studying and designing new pattern draft, and can be regarded as a new digital Textile technology of 21st century. Using scientific visualization technology, combined with the weak chaos theory of nonlinear scientific, abundant colorful digital image were produced in this paper. Thereby, the textile pattern designing can be speed up. To deal with the disadvantage of slow design existing in conventional pattern draft, we explore the new technology in producing pattern draft and study how to edit weak chaos image to textile pattern draft which is up to people's taste, accordingly, open up the new design resource for textile vignette. The main works of this paper are as follows:Firstly, based on Visual Basic Language and combined with computer image processing technology, we developed parameterized program to design two kinds of non-linear images—Uniform Stochastic Web and Quasi-Regular Pattern. Study the methods of expanding weak chaos image based on the basic principle . Through some varying methods, such as changing the initial iteration point, changing the iteration functions, changing the arithmetic mark, we can obtain a lot of odd and beautiful images. And analysis the artistic features of weah chaos image.Secondly, we explore the realization of the elaborate structure of textile art pattern with weak chaos image. Design new pattern draft in three ways: design weak chaos image directly, deconstruction-reconstruction weak chaos image, treat weak chaos image as the origin of inspiration. At the same time, by applying the textile pattern designed the above methods into textile design, the initial exploration of the application of weak chaos image in textile design is carried out in this paper.Thirdly, through weaving by electronic jacquard machines and printing by digital ink jet printing machines. It is realizable to edit weak chaos image into textile pattern draft. It will not only explore the new design resource for textile, but also realize the digital design of textile pattern draft, and do favor to perfect digital textile.
