Marine Emergency Knowledge Management System Based On Semantic Mediawiki

Emergency knowledge is an important basis for emergency decision-making.Emergency knowledge ontology is the basis of understanding and expression of emergency domain knowledge.Establishing a marine emergency knowledge base is an effective means of using marine emergency knowledge.Main work and study of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper proposes an ontology model of emergency and human activity,which provides a clear definition of emergent events and their associated regions,objects and objects' behaviors and their interrelations.Then,based on concepts and relations of emergency and human activity ontology model,proposes a multi-layer correlated network model of "region-emergency-behavior-object",which constructs network models on macroscopic "region"," emergency " and microcosmic "behavior" object " levels and gives formal definitions of these models to the quantitative analysis.Secondly,this paper proposes an ontology model of marine emergency knowledge,which is based on emergency and human activity ontology,and expands the concepts and relationships and sets up a uniform expression form of ships,sea areas,marine emergencies and public opinion behavior etc.Then this paper proposes a method of large-scale text sentiment calculation based on emotion dictionary.Experiments on manual annotation dataset show that the method achieves important improvement compared with the baseline.Finally,we build a marine emergency knowledge management system nased on Semantic Mediawiki,the framework and detailed of the knowledge base system is designed and implemented.The system which is based on the marine emergency knowledge ontology model and the "region-emergency-behavior-object " multi-layer correlated network model provides browsing,search,navigation and public opinion analysis and other functions of marine emergency knowledge.This paper researches the marine emergency knowledge management which is less researched.This paper designed and implemented marine emergency knowledge management system and collected the data of millions of cases and the network public opinion data of 10 million / year.The system provides an effective means of marine emergency knowledge management and provides the basis for marine emergency decision-making.
