With the rapid development of China's economy and the increasing urban population,video monitoring is indispensable for the management of urban public security and the cultivation of daily flowers.Video monitoring system is widely used in every corner of life because of its intuitive,convenient,detailed information and other advantages.With the progress of video coding technology and the maturity of WAN transmission technology,the requirements of all aspects of video monitoring are constantly improving.In the market,monitoring products from various manufacturers emerge in an endless stream.Generally,they are equipped with program development packages and matching data transmission protocols for their own monitoring devices.If monitoring devices from different manufacturers are used in the system,there is no unified video playing system,resulting in poor compatibility of video sources,and even multiple different systems need to be configured at the same time.How to deal with multiple protocols? Compatible video streaming is one of the research contents of this dissertation.In addition,real-time video has a high demand for the real-time and picture quality of the video.How to ensure the picture quality and real-time of the video under the poor network condition is also the focus of this dissertation.In this dissertation,we build a remote video system based on client / server structure with the background of security monitoring.This dissertation introduces RTP protocol,which is widely used in streaming media transmission,and gb28181 standard signaling formulated by the state;designs the overall scheme of video system,which divides the whole system into client,server and device,including individual equipment,camera and hard disk recorder;adopts an adaptive caching mechanism based on queue prediction in the client.By judging the status of the cache queue,the length of the cache queue and the playback rate of the video are adjusted adaptively,so as to reduce the situation of empty cache reading and improve the video quality;the video streams of various protocols are played compatibly,and the mpeg2-ps video stream and the H.264 video stream loaded by RTP are processed by packet framing,so that the two video streams are played compatibly;the video playback is completed.The design of signaling and the realization of video playback make the server read the stored historical video data from the hard disk recorder and forward it to the client for playing.Finally,the stability of various functions of the system is tested to verify the feasibility of the scheme.
