With the requirment in the field of development of economy, application of network and developing emergency security, IP network video surveillance has become the new hotspot due to the low cost, large overcast and uniform management. In the large scale of network video surveillance, efficient media distribution mechanism has been one of most important indexs in the face of more and more users.China Telecom's "Global Eye" network video surveillance service is a new kind of value added service that transmits and manage video completely based on broadband network. This system link all of the dispersive video monitor point together through broadband network that can be seen everywhere and also realize uniform management and resource share all over the world. It can be used by customers that need remote video surveillance, transportation, storage and management. The Fegine's IP surveillance system was a large-scale distributed IP network video serveilarce system which was right developed according the criterion devised by the "Global Eye" service. Main Research of this topic focus onto the VTDU model which takes charge of distributing streaming media in IP network video serverllance system, The principle and implemention of the streaming media distribution technology is told clearly by deep analyzing the function or the position in the whole system of VTDU model and its design or implemention.VTDU model is an important part in IP network surveillance system which tacks charge of distributing the streaming media. It not only can achif the vod request ,recive data,transmit data or distribute data of ordio and video, but also can make the load balance and the distributed deployment capable. A detailed presentation and introduction about how to design the structure and program of the VTDU module was also made in this paper, and some of practical media distribution technologies such as load balancing,cascade and NAT penetration were also discussed. A testing environment was provided to made some functionality and performance test through some simulation methods and the test result indicated that the VTDU module has met our design requirements.In the end,the thesis made a summarization and improvement for farther work. |
