Research On The Construction Of Data Sets Of Academic Records By Scholars

With the rapid development of network and computer technology,the environment of scientific research information communication is undergoing important changes,and the traditional scientific research achievements gradually evolve into more profound scientific research academic records.However,considering the current situation of the organization and management of scientific research academic record,the officially published papers and books still act as the main target of organization,and the databases and institutional repositories are used for centralized management.This organization and management method only involves single data type and uses a onedimensional linear and simple linking method,which makes a large amount of research data neglected or isolated.As a consequence,there are more and more “islands” of information,resulting in obstacles in user retrieval,sharing and development of information.Scholars are the foundation and power of scientific research activities,the source of a large number of valuable academic ideas and achievements,and the link between various scientific research activities and scientific research relations.Above all,when facing scattered,informal but valuable scientific research academic record,this study uses archives theories and linked data methods.Meanwhile,from the point of view of scholars,it explores the methods and techniques of collecting,preserving,organizing and managing scientific research academic records.Firstly,on the basis of introducing related theories and technologies,such as archives theories,scientific communication and linked data,this study deeply analyses the evolving track of scientific research academic records,and then puts forward the concept of data set of academic research records of scholars which are compared with institutional knowledge base and VIVO scholar network.Secondly,on the basis of explaining the characteristics,scope and connotation of scientific research academic records in detail,the study designs three groups with 22 entity objects including scholars,academic records and keywords.The academic records include 20 entities,such as articles,books and their chapters,foundations,work diaries,work letters,work photographs,patents,experimental records,etc.In addition,the study also defines 10 common semantic relationships,such as generic species,equivalence,citation and creation,so as to construct an association organization model of data set of academic research records of scholars to organize and excavate the knowledge information in scientific research academic record in a deeper and finer granularity.Finally,the study formulates the generating rules of URI and publishes the data set of academic research records of scholars on D2 R platform and MySQL database for empirical research.In order to embody the universality and representativeness of data collection of scientific research academic records,two well-known scholars in the field of library and information are selected as typical representatives of the new and old generation scholars.Around the academic experience of the two scholars,the study collects and collates their online and offline academic records in an all-round way.According to the association organization model proposed in this study,it standardizes and maps the academic records of the scholars.Because of the great differences between the two scholars,they need to be processed according to their own characteristics to meet the practical needs.At last,the data linkage and access query of the two scholars' different types of scientific research academic records are realized.To sum up,the study explores all the formal and informal published academic records in the academic research career of scholars in an all-round way with constructing a model of association organization of academic records of scholars,selecting representative scholars for empirical research and publishing data sets of academic records of scholars which contains 6971 RDF triples.It realizes multi-angle and multi-level disclosure and utilization of academic records of scholars,which has strong practical and demonstrative significance.Data set of academic research records of scholars can provide convenience and reference for effective information integration,scientific exchange,scholar evaluation and digital talent archives construction.
