With the improvement of China's information level,the information construction of basic network,enterprise application system and inter-enterprise interconnection system develops rapidly.However,the effect of information construction is uneven.There are three aspects of system selection,system implementation,and system operation and maintenance lead to the unsatisfactory final results of the information system project,especially the system implementation process is most important.Although the project management method in our country has formed a relatively complete body of knowledge,but most of these cases are engineering projects,which are different from the information projects.The information projects has its special characteristics as a “brain-intensive” project,and the ERP system implementation project is most special.The implementation of ERP system cannot be completed by a few people or a certain department.It's a change of business process across departments of company.Therefore,improving the project management theory of information project implementation is the ultimate research purpose of this paper.In this paper,the author according to the practice experience of hands-on projects and lots of project management analysis to put forward in view of the ERP information system implementation method.I used Project Time Management and Risk Management to carry out research on the implementation method of C company‘s ERP information system.Specific to the project,the research was carried out by combining the ASAP's business demand analysis,business blueprint design,system implementation and development,go live and support with project time management and risk management.In the aspect of project time management,this paper discusses “human" which is the main restriction factor of informatization project,and explained the main concerns of the project through define activities activity,sequence activities,estimate activities resources develop schedule and control schedule.In the aspect of project risk management,we tracked project issue log,summed up the different types of risk issues which impact on the success of the project.There are many risk factors of information project,and most of them are subjective factors.I used project's plan risk management,identify risks,risk analysis,plan risk responses,control risks and other tools to discuss in detail.In the project time management chapter of this paper,I grasped the key elements of ERP system implementation progress,propose project planning and control strategies of “milestone”,and reduce the delay of key nodes leading to project failure.In the project risk section,according to the actual risks and problems in the project process,the most likely negative risks of the project are summarized,Such as business data or the demand.Finally,the author discusses the research in the two areas of knowledge of time and risk.Thus forming an ERP project informatization construction implementation plan with theoretical and practical experience.In the end,I hope to achieve the effect of implementing the ERP information project quickly and successfully.
