Project Risk Management Information Systems Research And Development

With the progress of modern science and technology ,along with the popularity of network and information ,those means that once used to improve work efficiency is not only limit to these definition ,today people want to be free from trivial business ,save up precious energy to resolve more important work ,the appearance of Management Information System provide people with a solution to handle these problems ,and with the continual study and improvement ,the MIS has already developed into a set of theory concept on which people rely to resolve repetitive work.This paper based on the analysis of project risk management theory ,from the viewpoint of risk management research , summarize the theory and methodology of risk recognition,risk analysis and risk control from technology economics and engineering economics ,probed several popular risk evaluation methodology include dephi methodology,multi- target decision methodology,probability analysis methodology etc. ,and try to apply risk management to Management Information System ,use VB.NET tool developed an simple risk management information system ,whose purpose is to discover risk,analysis risk,evaluate risk and to solve the routine business and common problem need to be considered firstly ,and at the end of this paper we take actual datas of nj high precise gear corporation's new project apply to our risk management information system ,combine with different models ,then we come to the conclusion of the feasibility of our risk management system .
