Embedded software development is the opportunity to transform China's electronic information industries from manufacturing to creating. H is the major military enterprises in researching and manufacturing Secondary Surveillance Radar equipment. its products involve a wide range of embedded software. People can not learn much from the experience and methods of the military embedded software project management, in this view, this paper will be based on the knowledge of the project management to research on H's military embedded software.This paper applies modern project management theory in aspects of the project quality, time and risk, makes a comprehensive summary and research on A project software development. It begins with a key item in H, the A embedded software's development process, management characteristics, the present status and problems existing. At the same time it gives beneficial proposals on how H Company can utilize project management theory to resolve issues in the project management of other developing models.First of all, this paper makes an analysis of the problems in H Company's A software developing project management. It put forward the main ideas to solve the problem by project management theory. And then elaborates the project during the software developing process in 3 aspects: the management of quality, the management time and of risk.First of all, in aspects of Quality management, summed up the A project's management experience in software quality, analyzes in depth the problems existing. Secondly, using the quality management theory in the modern project management, aiming at the software development's organizational structure, requirements management, configuration management and appraisal phase, making a proposition of a need to improve methods for comprehensive technical management in order to adapt to the new situation. It also research on the specific implemental strategies and the framework.About Time management, according to A Software project's Development features, conduct a detailed decomposition of the software time management activities by the activity decomposition, as well as the software's the rate of progress and its time control on software. At the same time, discuss the relationship between time management and quality management from the point of view of management theory; propose the control methods for project progress of models.As for Risk management, according to historical experience data, make the first system-level risk analysis study on models in H Company's research projects.
