Nowadays, with the progress of science and technology, the development of society, especially the change of the network technology, information has a beady become one of the main factors of influencing enterprise's development. The more the competition between enterprises reflects on the degree of mastering to information more and more.This thesis has done comparatively systematic studying to the framework of the electric enterprise resource plan system based on J2EE and relevant technology mainly. First describe the background and significance of the research, analyzed the information-based domestic and international present condition of the electric power business enterprise and develop trend. And respectively analyze in two facets, the concept and development process. Being on this foundation put forward building up electric power ERP the necessity of the system, and combine the technique characteristics of the J2EE platform. Analyze the advantage that the choice J2EE platform carries out electric power ERP, and give the WAS is a concrete J2EE application server of example. The Enshi power company ERP system includes the management sub-system of the production control sub-system, the marketing management sub-system, the supplies management sub- system, finance, lead management system and transact sub-system, personnel sub- system...etc., installing through the system total structure, logic model, hardware, the core technique is several aspects, analyzing Enshi power company ERP system completely of concrete applied. Emphasized to elaborate several different advanced technique of the heterogeneous database, report technique…etc. This thesis with the author is mainly responsible for of system for the example—analyzed the design and the realization of the supplies sub- system within system of the boon electric power ERP. The system adopts three layers of system structure. Meaning layer adopt behavior pattern within GoF classic mode. Business layer adopt agency pattern within GoF classic mode design. Adopt Data Permanent Framework completely abstract method interview database. Finally the implement and consignation of running prove the feasibility of various above-mentioned theories and technical can carry out.The research bases J2EE electric enterprise resource plan system. The system is heavily tested during the research and implementation. It is very helpful for the related research.
