The Design And Implementation Of Gujiao Power Plant Fixed Asset Management System

Information technology plays a more and more important role in our daily life, has been widely applied to various fields of life, aims to reduce operating costs, improve work efficiency. As the frontier of the information technology, many Power Plants has been promoting the informationization construction, but in the equipment management has not made progress, assets management department in power plants still use manual mode processing related business, this model is not only low efficiency, and high operating cost, the model has been unable to meet the application requirements of the device management department. Based on this, the introduction of device management system has become the development trend of the future.This paper introduces the construction process of device management system, which is implemented by J2EE platform, and uses SQL Server2012, to store data information. The system consists of five parts:system maintenance module, basic data management module, storage management module, device procurement of device obsolescence management module and device allocation management module. During the development of system, The main achievements are obtained as follows:(1) The notification function is introduced in redeploy business and procurement business, which is implemented by cat.(2) In order to improve data reliability, the paper design backup and recovery scheme for system, which is implemented by backup method and restore method.(3) In order to test system performance, this paper introduces loadrunner tool which can mimic concurrent users.The system from requirement analysis, design to implementation, provides a complete solution for information construction of device management service. The system has been successfully applied to Power Plants, through the device management system, can effectively improve the level of equipment management in Power Plants, implementation of the device management business through standardization, scientific and standardized, the system has practical reference and guiding significance.
