Design And Implementation Of Quality Management System Of WT Company Based On ERP

With the grim domestic economic situation in recent years,the fear and anxiety of manager on company's future development have increased.Traditional business find that cloud computing and middle-end strategy can provide better service for them,which can be used to deal with uncertainty with certainty,so they could have constant trial and error and fast search for innovation.The purpose of this thesis is to design a set of ERP-based quality management system software for WT company with instant service(SaaS)by using the quality management of WT's injection molding business as an entry point.It reviews the entire process of company quality management,including basic data,sales management,product management,mold management,equipment management,procurement management,quality management and ERP knowledge.The research method is firstly focused on user needs analyzing and business domain knowledge refining,including supplier business,sales business,product business,mold business,equipment business,planning business,procurement management business,workshop business and quality business.Through communicating user demands with domain experts,we use domain-driven design methods to make a domain model by summarizing expertise and making the problem domain clearer.Secondly,we consider the expansion of software application,because WT has several outsourcing factories,whose businesses are the same and need to promote the system.Therefore,we have developed a SaaS service system for WT,which is based on microservices architecture and multi-tenant technology,integrated and deployed on infrastructure such as cloud computing.The SaaS system,which is the main research result of this thesis,has independent databases,entity,service,API,UI page and component,realizing a set of application functions of each business domain knowledge.Its main features: multiple independent deployable micro service;independent API gateway;OAuth2 developed identity authentication service SSO(single sign-on)application with UI;multiple databases,some micro services have independent Database,some services/applications share the same database;Redis for distributed caching;RabbitMQ for messaging between service;using Docker & Kubernates to deploy and run all service and applications;elastic scaling and more.WT and its outsourcing factory can save labor and time in the software implement process.In terms of efficiency,it can intelligently optimize production scheduling and reduce manual calculation errors.In terms of resource integration and information sharing,it can effectively avoid repetitive work caused by information isolation.In terms of data accuracy,it can timely to detect problems and correct them.Therefore,it provide accurate and useful advice to quality decision makers to make decision reasonably.
