Nowadays,it is already the era of Internet,and all industries are striving to informationize the management to improve production quality and productivity,especially the traditional handicraft industry such as beauty industry.With the expansion of business scale,the data that merchants need to record and process is increasing,and the manual processing efficiency is too low.So,they are looking for an inexpensive product with usability to cope with the ever-increasing business information and better manage stores,employees and members.According to statistics,there are about 4.2 million companies which service to beauty industry all over the world,but less than 100 domestic companies,and many of them are still small or medium-sized enterprises.It means that China's SaaS field in beauty industry has great market and potential.This project is developed in this context.The project is called as 'Store Management System based on SaaS Mode'.The main content of its is to provide merchants with subscription-style store management services,including store management,order cashier,membership management system,employee management system and so on.Its goal is to provide a series of management services to help merchants improve store management efficiency and increase marketing channels which can help achieve increased customer retention.Merchants can purchase the service annually according to their needs,and can suspend cooperation at any time.In the project,we used the Pigeon framework as our distributed PRC communication framework,which protected us from the underlying implementation of the PRC protocol and allowed us to develop our distributed services just like native services.At the same time,we chose the Mafka framework as our message queue framework.Mafka is a reliable information service that helped us to decouple the service and reduce the complexity of the main link of the service.In the order search service,we chose Elastic Search as our full-text search engine,which can index different types of different fields in the document.And it greatly improved our search efficiency and accuracy.Storing data from multiple tables in the same document improved the scalability of search criteria.After working hard for half a year,we completed the development and launch of the billing process optimization,order search transformation,cashier management optimization,POS machine payment,and order-refund modification on the basis of the initial project.Meanwhile,we continue to optimize the project to cope with the increasing amount of data and requests.Also,we continue to communicate with users,in order to pursue the development of functions that better meet the needs of users.At present,the number of contracted merchants has exceeded thousands and is growing steadily at a certain speed.The daily order volume increased exponentially.According to the statistics,after most merchants signed up,the number of store members and the return rate of customers increased,proving that our system has reached the initial goal of improving the operation effect of the store.
