Design And Implementation Of Rural Land-use Auxiliary Planning System Based On Skyline

Town planning is antecedence to the development of new socialist countryside. It is necessary to integrate theory with practice with innovative ideas, establish and improve the town planning system, and enhance its scientific nature and feasibility. Currently most practice of village and town plannings are not scientific and deep, with the phase of processing and analysis still in the2D vector data. Three-dimensional GIS town planning system is still in the development stage.In order to meet the demand of system function and performance,after comparing a series of three-dimensional GIS platform tools domestic and abroad, and adopting Skyline Suite combines with ArcGIS Engine, it is possible to achieve rural land-use with this auxiliary planning system. The system mainly contains interfaces, tools, land analysis, spatial analysis, town planning analysis components. The tools module include functions of measurement, layer import, model import, and model creation. Spatial analysis mainly deals with spatial analysis on three-dimensional model, which comprises of contours,view port,section. Land analysis module is capable to analysis the inquiry of land type and information as well as land type analysis. The goal of this auxiliary planning module is to control the variables in town planning system such as indexes and visibility analysis.Three-dimensional rural land use auxiliary planning system adopts advanced software technology and the development mode is a friendly interface, simple operation, good for decision makers to use. Condition of fundamental facility that the basin on the basis of a villages and towns and the conditions of natural humanities, basin surface terrain landscape system design can not only to the villages and towns for browsing, editing, but also can reasonable planning and research for the villages and towns and villages construction planning related auxiliary tool support.
