With the in-depth integration of manufacturing and computer technology,manufacturing methods,product models,and enterprise organization and management have undergone tremendous changes.In the context of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,factories are facing many opportunities while also facing dual pressures from internal challenges and external environments.How to use computer technology to drive industrial data clearly and intuitively,and how to use computer thinking to effectively and accurately assist factory decision-making has become an important issue in the industrialization process of manufacturing.This paper derives from the research of laboratory echelon,based on the actual needs of changchun automobile parts enterprises,based on the existing production data and information resources,in related research systematically on the basis of theory and technology,by using the standard system of software engineering process has carried on the demand analysis,architecture design,module development,debugging operations and a series of process,finally achieved a factory information resources visualization and auxiliary decision system,the display of data and information is more scientific rationalization,for the factory provides a more scientific basis for production management.This visualization and auxiliary decision-making system in this paper adopts the Spring Boot integrated Mybatis framework,relies on My SQL database,and uses ECharts open source visualization library to visually display the factory's logistics information,human resource information,product order information and other data.In addition,in order to respond to the needs of engineering changes,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to construct an engineering change analysis decision-making model and evaluation index system to assist factory managers in implementing change decisions.Finally,the implementation and testing of the system show that the system can clearly,intuitively and efficiently display the information resources of the factory,provides a scientific basis for the engineering changes of the factory,and can help the company to more effectively improve the efficiency of factory production and management.The research in this paper shows that the integration of factory information resources and computer theory and technology can effectively assist factory management and decision-making,has both research value and practical value,and will create more creative application modes and application scenarios.
