Development And Application Study Of The Integrative Auxiliary Decision-making System In Down-hole Service Company

The existing departments' information in Down-hole Service Sub-company is at the isolated state, the Control Section still provides data to the decision-makers by the report form primarily, but the quality of useful information in direct utilization is poor, and the quantity are few. Many data need the policy-maker to carry on the computation analysis to the massive statistical statements, or the corresponding work team is organized to make a concentrated effort to measure and calculate. Thus, it cuts the working efficiency; moreover the data accuracy is not good.Thus, the reasonable methods and models are the need to carry on the auxiliary decision-making in the company decision-making process , such as, in the decision-making on the present brigades work load's assignment, the materials acquisition plan, the material reserves as well as the plan optimization.Through the application of the technical economy appraisal in the auxiliary decision system, the dispersed and isolated data resources may be fully used to establish the inner link between them, and scientifically realize the reasonable decision-making, thus sharpen company's aggregate decision ability.The auxiliary decision system takes the day-to-day business processing system's data as the foundation, uses mathematics or the intelligent method to integrate and analyze the business data and forecast the business change tendency in the future, and provides a computer system for the leadership to make decision in the enterprise development, the market business strategy and other major issues.In recent years, the enterprise department business handling as well as information management system's widespread use, not only has provided the foundation for decision support system's establishment, but has had the formidable propelling force for its application.This paper has discussed the method of developing the computer auxiliary decision support system with the VB language. Because the computer auxiliary decision support system's demand is less specific than the management information system, therefore mainly uses the prototype method to develop the decision support system.The development of this system may adapt the policy-making work to the unceasingly changeable business request; promote the development of decision-making work in Daqing Downhole Service Sub-company. The system itself has the good social efficiency and the promoted value.
