The Design And Implementation Of Township Land Planning Information System

With the rapid development of society, China has entered the information society.Informatization, digitalization is the main trend of the development of modern society.In recent years, Land Use Planning Informatization got rapid development, Beijing,Shanghai, and other large city has been carried out on the research of geographyinformation system, and achieved certain results. However, study for small andmedium-sized town land planning is not so much. In small towns, it is still using thetraditional manual programming method.it is difficult for variety, large quantities ofdata query, statistics and objective quantitative analysis. And manual graphics andinformation with the current land use change and adjust rapidly, which not only makesthe approval process difficult to control but also Increase the relevant departments ofthe inspection and supervision work. So the traditional manual operation methodalready cannot satisfy the need of the development of villages and towns. Developmentof a comprehensive view, planning and query functions, and having thedecision-making ability of land planning information system is the fundamental way tosolve this problem. In this case, I make the Guangdong Province Huizhou city BoluoCounty town as the object of study, and developed a suitable for medium and smalltowns land planning information system.In order to make the land planning work to keep up with the speed of economicdevelopment, and the efficiency and outcomes of other modern areas of practice, theland system needs to make a generalization of the design scheme, and put forwardsolutions. I designed each module in the system of land development and test whethertheir function and interface can meet the demand of the function. This article introducedthe GIS, geographic information system. With it, the data is updated quickly; planningadjustment is rapid; land statistics and dynamic decision are easy, for providing landplanning more scientific rationality provides important means. In this paper, theestablishment of township land planning information system is a GIS technology as thecore, making full use of the existing township of geographic data and the townshipplanning and related information according to the spatial distribution and temporal sequence which are unified storage, to build a system, science, standard, continuousTownship land planning information database. Scientific analysis of townshipdevelopment of various types of data changes, introducing auxiliary decision model,supporting town overall planning, geographical information management, infrastructuremanagement and information distribution and investment environment analysis, in orderto adapt to the development of villages and towns planning, project management andstrategic decision making it more scientific, systematic need.I put system testing using land planning information system into use in Huizhoucity of Guangdong Province Boluo County town and have done land planning andempirical research. After the trial, the use of the system in Guangdong ProvinceHuizhou city Boluo County town land use planning operation is smooth, and obtains thepilot success. The results show that the system is reasonable in design, convenient andalso improve the land planning work effectiveness.
