Design And Implementation Of Practical Teaching And Employment Tracking Management System In Higher Vocational Colleges

This research topic comes from the teaching practice management of guangdong construction vocational and technical college.In the process of teaching practice management of this school,there are some problems,such as inadequate arrangement of teaching practice,messy data collection of internship and employment,imperfect process of investigation and feedback,and imperfect employment management,which affect the employment of graduates of this school.In order to improve the practical management level and employment rate of the college,this paper mainly designs and implements a practical teaching and employment tracking management system in higher vocational colleges.The practical teaching and employment tracking management system in higher vocational colleges studied in this paper adopts ASP.NET technology technically and takes Visual Studio 2013 development environment as the core.First,UML use case analysis is used to determine the main functional modules of the system.Design,implement and test the key classes and functional timing sequence of each functional module of the system.This system mainly develops functional modules such as in-post practice,employment tracking,information release,summary statistics,survey feedback,basic data management and system management.Through the design of these functional modules,the problems existing in practical teaching and employment tracking management in higher vocational colleges are basically solved.The innovation of this paper lies in the introduction of the improved ant colony algorithm,aiming at the large amount of student data stored in the use of the system,the design of the employment data analysis algorithm is carried out.In this paper,the adaptive ant colony algorithm and k-prototypes algorithm were used for fusion,for cleaning and clustering analysis of student data in the system,and the data related to student employment were extracted from a large number of disordered data to provide data support for subsequent practical teaching and employment guidance in vocational colleges and other related decisions.After passing the comprehensive test,the practical teaching and employment tracking management system developed in this paper has been put into trial operation in guangdong vocational and technical college.The use of the system has effectively improved the efficiency of internship arrangement and teaching management,optimized the workflow of related work,and won the praise of users.It plays a positive role in improving practical teaching and employment tracking ability and improving employment rate in higher vocational colleges.
