Research On Xiao Mi's Open Business Model And Its Financial Performance

In the context of the rapid development of information technologies such as artificial intelligence,Internet of things,big data,cloud computing and block chain,the traditional narrow boundary between producers and consumers is broken.The relationship between enterprises and users is no longer isolated,but tends to be integrated.This requires more enterprises to adhere to an open mind,no longer limited to rely on internal value innovation,but need to exchange ideas,technology,knowledge and resources with external stakeholders,make full use of internal and external innovation resources.Therefore,the open business model has become the trend of The Times.However,as the condensation of corporate strategic thinking,the realization of business model needs to be supported by corporate financial management activities,and specific financial management activities need to be implemented,and the final implementation results are reflected in corporate financial performance.Therefore,business model innovation affects corporate financial performance while affecting corporate financial management activities.In this paper,based on the characteristics and connotation of open innovation of business model evolution,to flow to the enterprise value chain,from the value perception and value creation,value delivery and value for four dimensions of millet open business mode has carried on the detailed description,and combined with the financial management activities,from working ability,profit ability,growth ability and solvency of the financial performance is evaluated.The research conclusion found that in the whole process of the evolution of the business model system,xiaomi indeed showed the characteristics of openness in all dimensions,realized the efficient operation of assets,rapidly enhanced its profitability and solvency,and achieved good performance results.
