Education is the foundation of national rejuvenation, and good education is necessary for social development and progress. There are various ways of education which complements and promotes each other. With the rapid development of Internet technology, network teaching as a supplement of traditional teaching also gradually become an indispensable way of education. Network teaching has the characteristics of not restricted by time and space, so it can make the limited education resources shared infinitely. With the progress of the network, the way of network teaching is also changing and reforming constantly. From the MIT OCW to the Fine Course Construction of China and the MOOCs concerned widely in recent years, network teaching works as a more and more important role in education activities. In particular, MOOCs develop rapidly from its birth, in the MOOCs website, teachers and students can interact and exchange adequately. The students’learning outcomes in the MOOCs website can exchange college credit, in this way the network teaching can even replace the traditional classroom education. Nevertheless, the current form of MOOCs can’t meet the requirements of all the curriculums.In this paper, we try to explore an innovative education mode of MOOCs suitable for the electronic information curriculums. We use the J2EE website development technology and database technique, combining with Hibernate object relational mapping framework and the Struts framework. With the wireless sensor network technology, we build an innovative open laboratory on the base of the Internet of things system. Thus, we work out a Process Management Oriented Innovation Open Online Education Platform to realize the combination of online education and offline innovation practice; it can also complete the assessment mode of learning outcomes. The platform is composed of online management, offline management and result value management. The online management can realize online class and discussion. The offline management can realize the laboratory test bench reservation, identity recognition based on RFID technology and the laboratory’s unattended remote management. And the examination management section can be fully controlled from the team to sign up to score results of the whole competition evaluation process.The platform we developed can make up for the network teaching’s lack in the practice of innovation education, make the MOOCs have a wider range of applicability and versatility. Combination of theoretical education and practical education, by way of competition test mode can stimulate students’ interest in learning, help students’ understanding of basic theory, to further develop the students’ practical ability, to develop the creative potential of students, helps to cultivate students’ innovative thinking and habits.
