Today's rapid development of information technology and online social media,various organizational activities within the enterprise,and even the development of enterprises rely on information technology.IT Consumerization(ICT for short)initially mainly refers to: employees want to use their own private electronic devices to handle daily work while enjoying the same application experience as the traditional office environment.Enterprise Information System.The development of the enterprise's information equipment is stretched,and the products developed are often at a loss.Either the practice is poor and the intended application cannot be achieved;or the operability is poor,and the operation is cumbersome and unsuitable to master.In addition to the specific business activities that are full of infinite possibilities and complexity,the ability of managers is a limited scarce resource.Even the best managers,it is difficult to identify the business All risks faced,especially those structural risks that pose a threat to the organization.This makes it urgent for all employees to participate in innovation management.It was at this time that high-speed economic development and continuous iterative updating of electronic equipment provided the possibility of solving this problem: people could use personal electronic equipment that they were already proficient in operating the enterprise's information system.This not only helps to alleviate the technical barriers to new employees,but also allows older employees to better integrate work and life.Enterprises no longer need to rack their brains to develop electronic equipment that matches operations other than information systems.The modern electronics industry has helped enterprises complete this step.They produce high-compatibility electronic products.These electronic products have better User experience;more flexible processing solutions;faster terminal response;better market feedback.They are always ready to provide technical support to any business in need."IT consumerization" is already the general trend.Under this background,the management of enterprise information systems must make appropriate changes to adapt and stimulate this trend.Enterprises should make full use of consumer IT technology(ICT)and solve the business problems faced by enterprises today and in the future through innovative ways of all employees.This article defines IT consumerization as the behavior of employees bringing personal devices(such as mobile phones and tablets)to the workplace for office use.As a result of this progress,individuals have gained more authorization and autonomy in the use of technology,and employees have brought the technical knowledge gained in life into their work,making it easier to realize their ideas in the workplace.Therefore,it is conducive to the burst of innovative ideas and behaviors of employees.Based on this background,on the basis of IT consumerization theory,innovation theory and previous relevant literature research,this paper analyzes the relationship between IT consumerization and the team by taking team collaboration and knowledge sharing as intermediary variables and taking IT employees as the research object.The impact of innovation behavior,team collaboration and knowledge sharing,and analyze whether IT consumerization has a direct impact on team innovation behavior.This study first reviewed the literature theories related to IT consumerization,team collaboration,knowledge sharing,and team innovation behavior,and proposed the research hypotheses and theoretical models of this research,and then obtained hypothesis verification data through questionnaire surveys,using SPSS24.0,AMOS22.0 and other software.The reliability and validity test of the questionnaire,the differential validity analysis and correlation analysis between variables,and the use of structural equations to verify the model path hypothesis,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)IT consumerization has a significant positive effect on team innovation behavior influences.(2)The positive impact of IT consumerization on team innovation behavior is partly achieved indirectly through knowledge sharing and team collaboration,that is,knowledge sharing and team collaboration play a part of the intermediary role.Finally,this paper combines the empirical analysis test results and the management theory to put forward the management decision-making method based on the situation,and points out the research deficiencies and future research prospects in this paper.This article believes that companies must recognize that employees' introduction of personal IT equipment into corporate behaviors is beneficial to employees at the individual level,the team,and even the organizational level,and helps employees and their teams to innovate more frequently in the enterprise.
