With the coming of the Knowledge Economy and the development of the Information Technology in the 21st Century, more and more organizations have joined the exploration of the Knowledge Management's theory and practice. As a kind of late-model work organization form, Virtual team breaking the barriers of communication in time and space for people, making long-distance, rapid communication become a reality. It's not accidentally generated, the rapid development of it is intended to address the economic globalization's need. Virtual team is a task oriented alliance body, which is temporary, decentralized and dynamic, In the perspective of Knowledge Innovation, Virtual Team's operation is virtually a process of "heterogeneous" subject's collaborative knowledge innovation, It can remedy knowledge gap effectively, and achieve the "1+1 > 2" synergy effect of more subjects, multiple targets and multitasking. Based on the theories of Knowledge Management, this paper discussed the virtual team's knowledge collaboration, is to make the virtual team integrated better and to optimize internal and external resources, and then realize the team and members'co-evolution.This thesis mainly followed a process that from theory to practice, Easy-to-digest and gradual improvement in content arrangement. Beginning from researching the background and significance, then analysed based on the related theory. Through multi-dimensional identification of the virtual team's knowledge collaboration, analysed the influence of subject factors, situational factors, object factors and media factors to the virtual team's knowledge collaboration, constructed process model of the virtual team's knowledge collaboration, probed into the connectionism and driving mechanism to achieve virtual team knowledge collaboration, and in finally summarized the article's content, pointed out the insufficient of this paper, looked forward to the future research.
