Investigation And Analysis Of Government Purchase Of Public Library Services

With the increasing demand for public cultural services,it requires our country to provide better cultural services for the people.Public libraries play an indispensable role in our country's public cultural services.They shoulder the important responsibility of providing public library services for the public.How to make full use of public libraries to provide more comprehensive and high-quality cultural services for the general public is particularly important.In recent years,under the strong support and guidance of our government,"government purchase" has gradually appeared in the public's vision.First of all,China learned from the advanced experience of foreign countries and began a new attempt to purchase public library services by the government.At present,many public libraries have carried out practice and exploration in order to change the development mode of traditional public libraries and provide better culture for the public.Service,improve the efficiency of government services.The author studies the current situation of government purchasing services and service outsourcing at home and abroad,and understands the practice of government outsourcing abroad and the attempt of government purchasing services in China.Starting from the origin and practice of Fujian government purchasing public library services,this paper investigates and analyses the basic situation and operation of Fujian government purchasing public library services,and the satisfaction degree of Fujian public libraries to government purchasing services,summarizes the problems existing in the operation of service items,and probes into the purchase of public library services by Fujian Province and even the national government.The development direction,combined with the current practice of Fujian Provincial Government purchasing services,puts forward countermeasures to provide reference for other libraries with intentions.The main research methods used in this paper are literature research,field research,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis and so on.
