With the continuous development of the radio field,a variety of radio equipment has emerged,resulting in radio interference and higher frequency generation.The electromagnetic environment is becoming more and more complex,radio interference and protection problems are becoming more and more prominent,how to ensure electronic,Electrical equipment does not interfere with the normal operation of other equipment,and is not subject to external interference and normal work,has become a major issue.This project aims to design a scientific,accurate and efficient electromagnetic compatibility test system for civil electronic and electrical equipment to meet the practical application requirements of the market,as well as the theoretical and practical analysis of engineering applications.This paper combines personal practical work to develop civil electromagnetics.The design and analysis of the compatible test system,the main work is as follows:Firstly,the electromagnetic compatibility test system standards are analyzed,and the test methods,component equipment evaluation and technical requirements are selected to meet the requirements of test standards,test accuracy and test speed.Secondly,a complex test system consists of a single device,designed and implemented.The test system consisting of four projects: CE,RE,CS,and RS,through theoretical derivation and calculation,verifies the achievability of the system,and achieves the preliminary purpose of data estimation and model establishment.Finally,based on the pre-design content,the whole test system is materialized.Then,the design system is evaluated for uncertain factors,data verification,and inter-laboratory comparison to verify the design feasibility and test data accuracy of the entire test system.The main core of this paper is to optimize the whole equipment utilization of the test system.In the early stage of system design,the optimization and focus on the system theory derivation calculation problem,including the sensitivity problem of EMI test system,EMS test interference limit derivation problem,sensitivity The problem mainly involves the test hardware requirements for instruments,sites,antennas,etc.under different test standards.The interference limit derivation guarantees the relevant requirements for the amplification gain value and harmonics of the power amplifier at different test levels.These two kinds of problems are civil electromagnetic.Compatible with the key elements of the test system design,through the theoretical derivation results of the previous system design,the equipment that meets the requirements of the technical indicators,ensures the utilization of the complete equipment during system design,reduces the design cost and avoids unnecessary waste of resources.After the physical system is constructed,the whole system is verified by the system's measured data and theoretical data,and the uncertainty evaluation is carried out.The different sources of uncertainty in the four test items CE,RE,CS and RS are considered,and according to The deterministic component adopts the class A or class B assessment method,and finally the comprehensive uncertainty of each subsystem is obtained,which ensures the validity of the system test data.
