The thesis illuminates composition and function of the intelligent preconditioningtest system, and carries on analysis and forecast on electromagnetic compatibility of thetest system based on key technical issues of electromagnetic compatibility, thencompletes the design of the intelligent preconditioning control tester and theinterconnecting cable with main electromagnetic leak factors of the system. Utilize theequivalent transmission line theory to carry on the structural design of shielding body ofthe box and the unit of the intelligent preconditioning control tester. Introduces theanalysis model of 'transferring impedance - shielding efficiency' based on the analysison hole leak and prohibitive principle of conductive liner, then analyzes adaptability ofvarious conductive liners in detail, finally resolve the electromagnetic leak on gaps orholes by utilizing electromagnetic sealing liner and filtering connector. Analyzes theserial cable interference principle of the master based on multi-conducive transmissionline theory, and sets up a coupling model for interconnecting cables to analyze andforecast the serial interference of multi-core shielding cables, and finally obtain EMCanalysis results to apply to the design of interface line. Finally, the intelligentpreconditioning test system will be used in actual production and contribute to National619 Project.
