Electromagnetic Compatibility test in the mobile phone products throughout the development cycle, is a very important link of the design of our lab, the main development stages of electromagnetic compatibility requirements are very high, if emc test can not standard, also will not allow the market, finally to the hands of the user product is accord with emc standard product. Mobile phone electromagnetic compatibility test uncertainty is in recent years lab personnel pay attention to a very important subject. Uncertainty of measurement yes results will be the result of laboratory test is very important role, it to the laboratory test confidence put forward higher request. It is the electromagnetic compatibility test results of fixed parameters, to a large extent reflects the test equipment is advanced and reliable, and the level of the ability of test and measurement technology personnel’s ability, will influence the final result of the test. As a standard cell phone electromagnetic compatibility test standard laboratory, can achieve test report mutual recognition at home and abroad, and get between laboratory approval, can in the third party testing institutions have a reliable data and test report.This paper mainly introduces the basic theory of electromagnetic compatibility concept, test method and the uncertainty of the basic concept and evaluation methods. EMC test system test equipment is very much, have complex test environment and test data, the result of the test and evaluation has a considerable uncertainty, testing time and obtain data is longer. Some of the laboratory report data mainly comes from the test engineer to electromagnetic compatible rf test data, is mainly to the specific channel and frequency band on test. Through the measurement of the Gage R&R study, theory with practice data obtained more reliable conclusions, which will benefit EMC laboratory construction and improve the credibility of the laboratory and reliability. Finally get as the result of laboratory test of uncertainty evaluation results, through this result again to lab for the next step analysis, until reaching the laboratory test requirement and a certain degree of confidence.
