ZigBee technology is a low power, low cost, short communication distance, slow transmission data rate, low complexity of two-way wireless communication technology, Zig Bee technology can be embedded into a variety of microcontrollers with wireless radio frequency transmitter module, and can be automatic networking, mainly for short-range wireless communications, automatic control and remote control and other fields. Research on key technologies of wireless sensor network wireless communication technology, network technology, ultra-miniature embedded real-time operating system and burst data, will become the next hot trend and Zig Bee applications research.Wireless sensor networks with high accuracy, fault tolerance, and other characteristics, its broad application scenarios. In wireless sensor networks in order to collect more real and reliable data, the number of sensor nodes must reach a certain amount and regional distribution to be extensive. And now general wireless sensor nodes are powered by its own battery, so that when the battery runs out, the service life of the sensor network will be over, because, by replacing the battery to supplement the energy method is unrealistic. In recent years, energy self-sufficiency can be used as a substitute for the conventional battery technology has become a hot topic collection of scholars, since energy harvesting technology can solve the energy supply problem in wireless sensor networks, wireless sensor networks and prolong life. Temperature and humidity sensor is one of the basic and gravity sensor, has been widely used in smart phones and wearable devices.The task is to design a temperature and humidity sensor module and gravity, the basic requirement is to try to collect energy from the environment, and as far as possible to take low-power design, along with Zig Bee communication function to apply to wearable devices and smart home and other fields, the main content and design features include:1、 From the energy harvesting and low power consumption in terms of both analysis and design of the entire module system. And the temperature, humidity and gravity sensors to collect data transmission through Zig Bee wireless sensor network, the host computer for display, monitoring and recording.2、 In terms of hardware, chip selection to even low-power micro-power consumption, in terms of software, a reasonable architecture design and simplicity of programming in order to reduce power consumption.3、 The needle on the Zig Bee network protocol requirements under the premise of Zig Bee networks can operate effectively, try to simplify the protocol layers of the protocol stack, the protocol stack of the operation more simple and easy way of communication signaling more concise, and use of broadcast information the way avoid interactive response, reducing the overhead of the system and achieve low power consumption.4、 For energy harvesting, consideration to the environment rich in solar energy resources, the design uses TI’s latest generation of power management integrated solutions BQ25504 chip that can be efficiently extracted from the source acquisition and management to microwatts(u W) to milliwatts( m W) level of electricity.5、 PC software, the use of C ++ MFC programming the sensor network data transmission to the display to save, and achieve the purpose of testing data.Finally,for healthy life application examples pedometer, namely the use of gravity sensor data collected by the meter step algorithm to measure the actual number of steps, and real-time measurement of temperature and humidity conditions, and thus for the overall test system module, the module appears practicality, to achieve the overall design requirements.
