Education is a pillar of national engineering,the comprehensive quality of university teachers is a direct reflection of the competitiveness of the school,the establishment of an effective,institutionalized,large-scale,fair evaluation system,is an important work of human resources management in colleges and universities.For the evaluation of the teaching quality of university teachers,the teaching effect and the personal moral and moral qualities of the teachers can adopt qualitative analysis,single control factors and other methods,and the results of the evaluation will not be comprehensive enough,not comprehensive enough,and not objective enough,and the results of the evaluation will not be comprehensive enough,not comprehensive enough or objective enough.After all,man-made subjective factors more or less have to play a greater role.Based on this limitation,the evaluation of teachers is not objective and unfair.It will not only make teachers produce negative psychology,but also lead to lack of enthusiasm and creativity in later teaching and scientific research work.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is a kind of analytical method with many advantages,such as qualitative,quantitative,detailed decomposition,multi-level coexistence and so on.In recent years,it is popular in the business world,and has little practice in the personnel departments of the major colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper introduces Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct a more perfect performance appraisal and evaluation system of colleges and universities,so as to make the management system of performance appraisal of colleges and universities designed in this paper more scientific and reasonable.Firstly,based on the analytic hierarchy process,this paper puts forward the index design method of scientific research performance evaluation in colleges and universities,designs the relevant evaluation system of university scientific research performance evaluation index,and assigns the corresponding index weight to the teacher performance appraisal.Secondly,the software function demand of university performance management system is carried out.Full analysis,taking an undergraduate college as an example,divides its main business into six functional modules: system management,performance statistics,performance management,performance setting,result analysis,and data maintenance,and designs use case diagrams;The module and database were designed to study the design and implementation of the performance management system of the undergraduate college.This paper takes the daily work flow of college performance appraisal as theresearch object,analyzes the business needs of university performance appraisal in detail,builds the overall framework of university performance appraisal management system,and realizes the realization process of design function.This paper adopts java language and uses software engineering ideas to realize the design and development of university performance management system software based on SSH framework and“MVC” three-layer development model.The system is tested.The system has passed the functional test and the effect is good.The expected design goal is achieved and the research results of this paper are verified.
