The innovative project described in the paper is an intelligent marketing management system project for an online education w company.With the intensification of competition in the online education industry in recent years and the continuous innovation of online education course products in the market,the project requirements are growing and changing rapidly,which poses a great challenge to Company w,which adopts the traditional waterfall development model.Companies need to adapt to changing requirements quickly and produce high quality products in a relatively short period of time.This paper attempts to build a complete process of applying agile management to innovation projects,as previous studies lack a comprehensive description of the tools,methods,processes,and effects of applying agile management.The research on the application of agile management in innovation projects hopes to improve the existing evaluation system of the effectiveness of agile application in theory and to provide a model for similar projects to carry out agile application in practice.Based on the theory of agile practice,questionnaire survey,hierarchical analysis and fuzzy analysis,the paper analyzes the project management profile and problems before the adoption of agile management in innovation projects,and tries to develop and implement a set of agile practice specifications for the project.The paper first analyzed the problems faced by the innovation project using traditional waterfall development,then targeted the development of agile practices suitable for the innovation project,and finally compared the effects of the before and after implementation.Based on the above research process,the following findings were made:(1)Using hierarchical analysis,it was learned that the three guideline level areas with the greatest impact regarding innovation project management were risk management,time management,and quality management,and the impact of these three areas was significantly higher than other guideline level areas;(2)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results showed that before and after the implementation of agile management in innovation projects,the overall project management evaluation grade score ranged from 1.7(poor)to 3.5(close to good),and the project management level improved significantly;(3)before and after the innovative adoption of agile management,the software defect rate and customer complaint rate statistics both decreased,and the software delivery quality improved.Compared with the existing research,the innovation of the paper is to combine the current situation of w company,and theoretically and practically develop the most suitable program for the application of the innovation project.The shortcomings of this paper are(1)limited practice sample;(2)short practice period;(3)insufficient depth of analysis of project management issues.Future research can be further expanded in terms of enriching practice samples,accumulating more practice cycles,and in-depth quantitative research. |
