Today,with the rapid development of social networks,people are no longer keen on traditional long content reading on social platforms,which promotes the emergence and development of self-Media that integrates text,image and voice.With the advantages of low production threshold and small size,self-Media is loved by young people in modern times,and also meets the fragmented reading needs of people.It is a social network An important part of.Food tutorial self media is a vertical subdivision field in the self media,mainly for shooting and editing the food production process.This kind of self media not only has the advantages of clear picture,short and shrewd,but also can produce greater visual impact,which is more interesting and readable than the traditional recipe style food TV programs.Self media of food courses not only has attractive creative means,but also can meet people's practical cooking needs,pass on to people's new lifestyle,and comfort the loneliness of contemporary young people.With the advantages of low entry threshold and high traffic,we media for food courses has many fans and many well-known self media programs.This paper is divided into five parts.The purpose of the introduction is to clarify the purpose and significance of the research,and to summarize the existing research results of self-Media and social network.The second chapter studies the development status,characteristics and communication advantages of self-Media and gourmet course self-Media.The third and fourth chapters are the main chapters of this paper.The third chapter makes an in-depth study on the communication methods and Strategies of the self-Media of food tutorials based on the communication theory.It concludes that the self-Media of food tutorials mainly uses five ways to attract people: showing the way of life,highlighting the creative means,matching with the words that go deep into people's hearts,using the star effect and adding the touching story The audience carries out communication,and further attracts potential user groups by combining communication strategies in social network,such as interaction,lottery,hot topic,etc.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the audience's psychology in detail with the audience's questionnaire,and analyzes the reasons for the popularity of self-Media in today's Gourmet courses from the perspective of the audience's psychology.Finally,it summarizes the problems in the communication of the gourmet course self-Media.The industry still faces some problems and challenges,such as serious quality,false communication,excessive dependence on marketing communication and so on.In order to gradually form a kind of self media product which is more close to life,with excellent content production and strong appeal,and provide relevant suggestions for the development of the same type of self media communication.
